Drop-off Location (End of Tour
✅ You can choose your desired drop-off location. It’s also fine to inform the driver on the day of the tour, and changes can be made depending on the situation. However, when telling the driver your drop-off location, please be sure to provide the exact [address in Chinese] of your destination—such as a restaurant, massage place, hotel, etc.—so the driver can take you there accurately.

Taxi/Van Communication
● Driver Language Information

✅ Depending on the driver, some may only speak English, Japanese, Korean (necessary for the tour), or Chinese.
If you require a driver who can speak a specific language, please indicate this when making your reservation. Drivers will be assigned in the order of payment received, and only if a driver who meets the language requirement is available in the schedule. Final confirmation will be provided when the vehicle coordinator assigns the driver.


[All drivers are Taiwanese, and while drivers in Hualien, Kaohsiung, Taichung, and Tainan can speak English, Korean is difficult for them. (Many of them speak English well.)]

✅ If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, just say “call center” to the driver, and they will connect you with our Korean-speaking interpreter at the call center, so there’s no need to worry.

✅ The taxis are operated by the Taiwanese company Dàdūhuì (大都會), and all drivers are Taiwanese. According to Taiwanese tourism laws, taxi drivers are not allowed to act as guides and therefore will not provide explanations.

✅ Drivers cannot be confirmed before payment (as reservations come from multiple platforms and channels, assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to payment order).
Assignments and confirmation will be provided sequentially after payment. If the driver is available, they will be assigned, and the final status will be informed at the time of assignment.
Important Notes
✅ In case of tardiness, we will not contact you individually and will depart on time. Same-day cancellations and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, including being late. Please make sure to take note of this.
✅ Please prepare a valid ID document for check-in on the day of the tour. (For one-day travel insurance within Taiwan, passport information is required in advance. You may also present mobile vouchers such as a passport or reservation confirmation.)
✅ Seat belts must be worn while on the bus. According to Taiwanese traffic laws, you may be fined if you do not wear a seat belt.
✅ Please do not leave valuables on the bus, and be careful not to lose your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any lost items.
✅ The tour will not be canceled due to rain. The itinerary order may change due to weather conditions, but all destinations will still be visited. (However, in the event of a natural disaster such as an earthquake or typhoon, a full refund will be issued, and we will contact you in advance.)
✅ Suitcases are allowed on board.
✅ Travel insurance is not included in this tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before joining the tour.

Beitou Thermal Valley
Beitou Thermal Valley is a famous geothermal area located in the Beitou District of Taipei, Taiwan. 1.Late for the tour
✅ In case of tardiness, we may depart without contacting you individually. Cancellations or refunds are not possible on the day of the event for any reason, including lateness. Please make sure to take note of this!
2.Tourism Day Identity Verification
Please have your identification documents ready for identity verification on the day. (Please show the driver the reservation confirmation or other proof on your phone.)

7. JJ Vehicle Insurance Guide
✅ Each vehicle is covered by a liability insurance of 20 million New Taiwan Dollars, serving as your reliable partner throughout the journey to ensure your safety. However, this insurance only applies to accidents occurring inside the vehicle.
8.Taiwan Travel Insurance
✅ This product does not include travel insurance. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance before participating in the tour. If you engage in activities outside the vehicle, you must purchase the Taiwan travel insurance we provide in order to enjoy insurance coverage. ● According to the Taiwan Tourism Bureau regulations, if you take a taxi to join a tour, you must purchase travel insurance from a Taiwan insurance company. ● Even if you have purchased travel insurance in the USA, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau does not recognize it, possibly due to the lack of formal diplomatic relations between Korea and Taiwan. Therefore, it is essential to purchase insurance on the day of travel. In addition, Taiwan frequently experiences natural disasters. If a natural disaster occurs inside the vehicle, car insurance alone will not cover the damages, as Taiwan’s car insurance does not include compensation for natural disasters. Especially in the Hualien Taroko area, rockfalls and other natural disasters occur frequently; in Yehliu, which is close to the sea, accidents such as slips and falls often happen during rainy weather. Therefore, to prevent accidents, please be sure to purchase the relevant insurance. ✅ To purchase Taiwan domestic one-day travel insurance, you must provide the passport information of all travelers before the tour (when purchasing, be sure to fill in the passport number, English name, and date of birth of all participants).
9.How to Choose a Snapshot Photographer
✅ The photo service with a photographer is only available for tours departing from Taipei (New Taipei City).
The photos, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, are a free service included only in the Taipei northern area tours. This benefit is exclusive to JJ Taiwan Taxi Tours (JJ Travel) and is not included in the tour price.
✅ The photos you take will be sent via WHATSAPP (or similar messaging app) after the tour ends, and you must request them within 24 hours after the tour starts.
✅ If you do not request the photo delivery within 24 hours, all photos will be deleted in accordance with the company policy and to protect customers’ personal information and portrait rights, and they cannot be provided afterward.
10.How to get the snapshots taken during the tour from the driver

12.Is it allowed to drink coffee or eat inside the car?
Yes, that’s possible, but if the vehicle gets dirty, a car wash fee may be charged.
